CONTRACT LAW

CONTRACT LAW
Nowadays the contracts are extremely important in arranging the relations between the persons and/or legal entities. If the contract between the parties includes all terms of the agreement and the provisions are clear, it shall minimise the possibility of any dispute arising out of the contract. In Turkish law the general rule is that contracts can be made informally. There are statutory exceptions to this rule. For example, the contracts for the sale of the land must be formal.
We strongly recommend to get legal assistance or advice from a lawyer so as to create a legally binding contract.
